s2c has been going viral again on Github and Twitter. All-time high ARR at 164K, and just $100 shy of the highest revenue month. s2c is very close to being in the top 100 Github repos of all time. All this makes it pretty tempting to work more on Screenshot to Code but churn continues to be at 30% with no clear path to bringing that down. A few ideas for sure but the opportunity cost vs. working on a new product seems high.
Meanwhile, customer discovery on an unknown third product is going well.
